Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable beauty products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to educate customers and encourage sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
